As an asset based lender we are primarily concerned with the collateral securing the loan. We generally look for collateral that is easy to value, has an acceptable depreciation schedule, and is easily liquidated in the event that is the only source of repayment.

Capital will, on certain occasions, provide a client a standalone Term Loan but as a general business practice prefers not to have this as the only credit facility it has with its clients.

Our primary reason for adding this product is to make sure we have the ability to fully service our clients in a creative and flexible way. Our goal is, and always has been, to be a complete solution to our client's cash flow problems. Not a partial fix or solution that leaves the client still in need of help.


	EQUIPMENT FINANCING
	Term Loans is another product or service Capital offers its clients. We typically offer these loans to only our existing clients or new clients that need this additional credit accommodation to payoff an existing loan and free up their collateral. Our term loans are secured, fully amortized, and are generally for periods of 2-5 years. Our rates vary with the size of our existing credit facility, the size of the loan, and the quality and amount of collateral securing the accommodation.
