Capital Associates inventory financing is really a composition of three distinct products or programs. First we have PURCHASE ORDER or pre-sold inventory financing in which we provide funds to purchase products or to pay for the materials and production costs of pre-sold products.

Our second inventory financing program is called TRADE FINANCE and involves funding the acquisition or production of pre-sold inventory that is to be imported or exported. It generally involves letters of credit and the use of international freight forwarders.

Lastly we have traditional INVENTORY FINANCING which involves funding the purchase of finished goods or the materials and production of those goods to be used to fill pending orders or projected sales. Of the three, we are generally more restrictive and conservative in providing financing in this type of situation because we view it as being more risky and speculative.  Our decision is often determined by the performance history and track record of the company and its management team.
