Ja’Marr Daye

Ja’Marr joined Capital Associates as an Assistant Property Manager in 2022. He is responsible for tending to the needs of tenants, managing payments and budgets, and ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved as requested by tenants. Prior to joining the Capital Associates team, Ja’Marr spent 9+ years working at a pharmaceutical company in the Accounting and Finance department. Furthermore, he worked as a Leasing Consultant at Carraway Village Luxury apartments for a year and a half before transitioning over to the commercial side of property management.

Ja’Marr is a Durham native who graduated from North Carolina Central University with a degree in Business Administration and Concentration in Management plus a minor in Textiles and Apparel.
