Wayne Singleton

Wayne joined Capital Associates in 2012 to manage Class A office, medical and flex properties in Raleigh and Cary including Weston One, Weston Two and Springfield Place.  His property management experience spans over thirty years and includes management of office, retail and flex properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Wayne has a diversified background in construction including serving in the United States Air Force civil engineering squadron on a rapid response team during the Vietnam era.  He has overseen numerous tenant up-fit and renovation projects for both local and regional developers.  His extensive experience in the Triangle market includes past management of over one million square feet of retail and office space for regional shopping centers.

Wayne is a graduate of Pitt Community College with a concentration in business & operations management.  He received his North Carolina Real Estate Broker license in 1998.  Wayne’s community involvement includes service as a volunteer firefighter and volunteer with the Pitt Memorial Hospital Heart Center.
