Anna Evans

Anna joined Capital Associates as a Property Manager in 2021. Her property management experience includes managing over 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and mixed-use buildings in the downtown Durham and Morrisville area. Anna’s current responsibilities include overseeing all phases of building operations, budgeting, and maintenance as well as tenant fit-up construction. Anna has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN. She has a North Carolina real estate license and lives in Raleigh with her dog, Lily.
