Kevin Keebler

Kevin joined Capital Associates as an Accounting Manager in 2023 and was promoted to Controller in 2026. In this role, he oversees accounting and financial functions, including annual budgeting, tax reporting, CAM recoveries, and fixed asset reporting.

Prior to joining Capital Associates team, Kevin spent more than 6 years in Real Estate Accounting at companies like: Keystone Property Group, Highwoods Properties, and most recently, Longfellow Real Estate Partners. Over those years, he was responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting for portfolios consisting of 4.8 million square feet of Class A office space and 1.2 million square feet of lab space across the East Coast.

Kevin graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting. Kevin and his wife, Maggie, live in Garner with their daughter, Callie, and their two dogs, Zoey and Teddy.
