Mike Thompson

Mike joined Capital Associates in 1997 as a Regional Property Manager to help position the company for future growth.  Previously,  Mike worked with national mall developer The Richard E. Jacobs Group for twenty years including ten years in the Research Triangle market.  He managed major regional malls in Ohio, SC and NC and earned his CSM designation in 1987.  Mike currently provides management oversight and support for 22 properties in the Raleigh, Cary and Chapel Hill markets.  He received his BSBA degree from East Carolina University and is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker.  Mike has been active in numerous civic and community organizations including Board of Directors positions with the Cary Chamber of Commerce, The Page Walker Art & History Center and Cary-Kildaire Rotary Club.
