Jada Everett

Jada Everett joined Capital Associates in 2026 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, she supports the efficient management of commercial properties, contributing to daily operations, tenant relations, and overall property performance. She brings more than three years of hands-on experience in banking and finance, where she developed strong skills in banking operations, financial literacy, and client relations. Her experience as an Executive Assistant and Credit Manager also gave her a solid foundation in project planning, budgeting, loans, and managing contractors and contracts to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction. She communicates in ASL, French, Korean, and Japanese, which strengthens her ability to connect with a wide range of people.

With a positive mindset and a passion for supporting her community, Jada is committed to lending a helping hand and resolving issues promptly. She is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She lives in Fayetteville, NC with her two dogs and a cat and a very supportive family structure.
