Bill joined Capital Associates in 2023 as a Property Manager. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in managing various types of commercial real estate, including life science, office, retail, and mixed-use.

He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He has a strong passion for commercial real estate, and he is always looking to improve and streamline assets to enhance the tenant, client, and team experience.
