Assistant Property Manager

Bridget Handler joined Capital Associates in 2024 as Office Manager for the Greensboro location, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In recognition of her demonstrated leadership and operational expertise, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager at the end of 2025. In this role, she plays a key part in supporting the efficient management of the firm’s Greensboro commercial properties, contributing to daily operations, tenant relations, and overall property performance.

Her responsibilities include oversight of budgeting, maintenance, building operations, and tenant fit-up construction. Bridget’s extensive construction background provides a strong foundation for effective vendor and contractor management, while also facilitating clear and consistent communication with tenants. She is committed to providing timely responses to tenant needs and supporting property owners to ensure smooth asset operations and enhanced long-term property value.

Bridget relocated to the Greensboro area in 2021 after spending 22 years in Brooklyn, New York. Her professional experience and education have fostered a strong interest in property management, where she continues to build a rewarding career. She currently resides just outside of Greensboro with her son and two cats.
