Catherine Bartels

Catherine joined Capital Associates as a Property Manager in 2018. She has a diverse background in real estate that includes asset management, project management, real estate acquisitions/dispositions and architecture. She enjoys bringing together the different aspects of her background to troubleshoot complex operational issues. Catherine particularly enjoys managing buildings with unique needs – in past positions, she has worked on historic buildings, affordable housing complexes, LEED Certified buildings, and tax credit properties.  Catherine has a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University (WE ARE!) and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from UNC Chapel Hill. She has a North Carolina real estate license and is active in the Triangle Council of Real Estate Women (TCREW). She lives in Cary with her husband and twin daughters.
