Jack Dunn

Jack Dunn joined Capital Associates as an Associate Broker in April 2026, where he focuses on delivering strategic real estate solutions and building long-term client relationships across the Triangle market. In his role, he leverages a strong operational background and market insight to guide clients through acquisitions, leasing, and investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Capital Associates, Jack spent two years as a Project Manager with Montague Development. In this role, he oversaw daily field operations, equipment management, and project coordination across multiple job sites. He managed multiple crews, coordinated payroll and scheduling, and played a key role in optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Jack was also responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring projects were executed on time and within scope, giving him a hands-on understanding of the development process from the ground up.

A Raleigh native, Jack brings deep local knowledge and a strong network to his work in commercial real estate. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a degree in Sports Administration and was actively involved in campus organizations. His background in operations, combined with his understanding of real estate development, allows him to provide a well-rounded perspective to his clients.
