Kathy Lewis

A native of Chapel Hill, Kathy joined Capital Associates in 2004 with her initial portfolio consisting of seven properties including The Crescent in Cary. Kathy brought to our team skills and experience which included fiduciary oversight, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and day-to-day operational responsibility for various properties. Kathy oversees all phases of building operations, budgeting and fit-up construction for 382,274 SF of Class A office space. Her properties include the Exchange East and Exchange West buildings at Meadowmont in Chapel Hill which she has managed since 2005. Kathy’s current portfolio in the Chapel Hill/Durham/RTP area also includes The Station at East 54, WestPoint at 751, 10&11 Laboratory Drive and four buildings at Miami North.
