Melanie Allen

A native of Wilmington NC, Melanie joined Capital Associates in 2023 to manage CPGPI Erwin Mill, Residences at Erwin Mill, CPGPI Rutherford, CPGPI Mangum and CPGPI Hillsborough. Melanie’s property management experience includes managing over 200,000 square feet of Class A office and residential space. Melanie oversees all building operations, budgeting, maintenance, day-to-day operations, customer service as well as tenant fit-up construction. With over 25 years’ experience in property management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her role at Capital Associates. Melanie consistently strives to provide the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike.
