Sam Hyde

Sam is a Development Associate with Capital Associates. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, and managing existing opportunities through acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, stabilization, and disposition.

Sam joined Capital Associates in June of 2023 after graduating from UNC Kenan-Flagler with his MBA in commercial real estate development. Before attending business school, Sam was an engineer working in new product integration for Silfex, a large semi-conductor manufacturer. His technical background and business education contribute to his strengths in financial modeling, project management, and creative problem solving.

Sam is an alumnus of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and University of Dayton with degrees in business and mechanical engineering. He lives in Raleigh and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina.
