Tripp W. Bradshaw III
Tripp joined Capital Associates in 1995 and has been a key partner at the firm since 2001. He has arranged numerous office, flex, retail, and sale transactions throughout the Triangle region. Tripp is responsible for the marketing and leasing of many of the Class A properties developed and managed by Capital Associates, including The Summit, The Exchange at Meadowmont, Weston I and II, Medical Plaza at Rex, and Springfield Place.
He has been active in commercial real estate in the Research Triangle and throughout North Carolina since 1986. Tripp is recognized as a market leader with extensive knowledge having been awarded the Realtor of the Year Award by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and has received multiple Triangle Business Journal Space Awards including Top Office Lease and Top Flex/Warehouse Lease.
Tripp’s active community service involvement includes working as a Board member and advocate for quality affordable housing with the Raleigh Housing Authority and Capital Towers, affordable senior living community. He remains involved as a volunteer for The Frankie Lemmon School, having served as a long time Board member at the school. Previous service in Raleigh has included serving as a Board member for the Raleigh Transit Authority.
