Tripp Bradshaw
Raleigh native and a member of the Capital Associates team since 1995, Tripp has played a key role in arranging a variety of office, flex, retail, and sale transactions throughout the Triangle. Tripp’s decades of experience in commercial real estate have led to the opportunity to be recognized as a market leader, being awarded the Realtor of the Year Award by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and receiving multiple Triangle Business Journal Space Awards including Top Office Lease and Top Flex/Warehouse Lease.
Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1986, Tripp has worked to build long term relationships in the industry as well as an intricate knowledge of the specific needs of Triangle area clients. As a partner at Capital Associates, Tripp has been responsible for the marketing and leasing of many of the Class A properties developed and managed by the firm, including The Summit, The Exchange at Meadowmont, Weston I and II, Medical Plaza at Rex, and Springfield Place.
As a continual advocate for quality affordable housing, Tripp spent more than thirteen years serving on the Board of the Raleigh Housing Authority and currently serves on the Board of Capital Towers, an affordable senior living community. He is also an active volunteer and previous Board member with The Frankie Lemmon School and former member of the board at the Raleigh Transit Authority.
